This is a rare turquois from the Kings Manassa  Mine in Colorato. This is "Old Stock" mined im the early 70s, and no longer readily available. 
The customed designed 14ky gold trapazoidal mounting matches the cabochon shape of the turquoise cut in our lapidary studio.
